Founded in 1969, PA Walter Africa has grown into the largest scrap metal recycler in the Northern Cape, with operations in both Kimberley and Kathu. What started as PA Walter & Son has developed into PA Walter Africa—a leading force in the scrap industry. Over the years, we’ve been involved in major projects such as the demolition of steel structures at Sishen Iron Ore Mine, dismantling of locomotives and railway wagons across the Northern Cape, and scrap removal from mines including Sishen, Beeshoek, Kolomela, Khumani, Blackrock, and many more. Our history reflects our adaptability and ability to deliver on large-scale, complex projects.
